Thank you to Clive Jones MP and Breast Cancer Now for inviting Elizabeth and Suzannah to the APPG meeting at Westminster this morning.
It was a great opportunity for leading experts to hear from the high-risk community about their concerns on the lack of guidance, support and information available to families affected by a gene variant.
Elizabeth was honoured to be able to say a few words on behalf of BRCA Kent and to have a platform to promote our lovely group. Sadly, many parts of the country are still without groups like ours, but hopefully things will improve.
